Bellmen are always standing at the main entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with carrying your porterage and luggage storage.

Some shops, which are located at the hotel territory, to are offering to our guests different gifts, jewellery, garments, swimming dresses, souvenirs etc.
Our Housekeeping team provides room make up from 9 am till 6 pm on the daily basis. Housekeeping is in charge for all requests for laundry; individual preferences in terms of time of room make up, additional services to the room (e.g. bathtubs, potties, chairs for kids).
Pets more than 3 kg are not allowed in guest rooms and public areas. For more information, please contact Swiss Service.
Wi-Fi is available in all the rooms and the hotel’s public areas. If you have any difficulties with the internet connection, please contact Swiss Service.
The Laundry Service offer dry cleaning and laundry service seven days a week from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm and return delivery on the same day. Please contact Swiss Service before 9:30 am for collection of your clothes, filling your name, room number and the number of items on the laundry list. The laundry list and a laundry bag can be found in your wardrobe. Please note that we will add a surcharge of 50% as express service fee if laundry is collected after 9:30 am to get your clothes returned on the same day; otherwise your clothes would be delivered next day before 6:00 pm. Your clothes picked up after 6:00 pm will be delivered next day before 6:00 pm.
Please note that all personal belongings are kept in Lost & Found service at the hotel. To inquire for lost items you should just call to the hotel by direct number.
Please note that we are not permitted to issue medication such as pain relievers, etc. However, we can collect your purchase from a nearby pharmacy.
There are minibars in all guest rooms of the hotel. All products are fulfilled on the daily basis and can be removed from the fridge by guest’s request.
Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia offers spacious parking lounge. It’s free for our guests. Moreover, our hotel provides free car valet service.
Kids Room are working every day from 9:30 am till 9 pm.

From July 16th 2018, the Tourist tax should be paid by every person aged over 18 years old in the amount of 10 rub per day (24 hours). The tax has to be paid at the check-in in the hotel.
