Elevator was an issue cause not all take us to the haram and we wait a lot to it to come

I come regularly to Swissôtel for Umrah with my family or friends but this time when we arrived at the hotel around 4am the person I met was Mr. Mohamed laqami and he asked us to wait for an fajr prayer and then come back after Fajr prayer to give the room. I didn’t understand why he asked us to wait for around 2 hours. 2 months back I came to Swissotel on 1st Aug and I got the room immediately when I reached hotel around 4.30am. Being a gold member early check in is available but I was made to wait to get our room. By the way my check out was next day 12pm but we checked out at 7am. I felt like a normal member of ALL ACCOR not gold for sure.

The hotel is really perfect starting from the reception and the very warm welcome from the staff also the rooms and the amazing view of the Kaaba , the cleanliness is very pleasant also the restaurants are great and the food is very good this is my 3rd time visiting the hotel and I am sure that will be my favorite place every time I come to Mekkah 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻😍😍
