It was my third stay at this hotel. Excellent location, service and room comfort. Access to Kaaba via the mall is very convenient- 2-3 mins walk. We booked a Kaaba view room and were given a high floor as requested. Beds were very comfortable. We were also given complimentary access to the Executive Lounge, which was great. Breakfast spread was nice, however, pls add more meat dishes and live eggs counter for options on a variety of egg preparations.

I experienced one between the best trips in my life and chosen Swiss hotel makkah because i loke their service Sarah in reception was very kind she gave me the room the room before official check in their , she also upgraded my room when i asked for a special view on kaaba wish was just amazing Rayan and his team in restaurant was in the same level of kindness and hospitality Majed was really as a brother he arranged everything to pick my luggage as it came a day later, then he helped me to checkout and reach the train of madinah because i was late.. Special thank for all the team for the kindness and support all the time I really recommend Swiss hotel chains everywhere…. Thank you

It was a very good location to the Haram and the rooms were clean and spacious and the room service was very good
