It was Amazing, perfect location perfect view of the Kabbah from the window. Could hear the live pray in our room, And amazing hospitality what more can I ask for.

Overall, we had a great stay! Everything was wonderful, but the front desk service could be improved. I had an issue that wasn't resolved immediately, which required me to go back and forth to reception several times before it was fixed. Other than that inconvenience, everything else was excellent.

Very clean, well managed hotel. Polite staff and convenient services. Food hall has allergy labelling with was helpful. Gluten free plate of bread and muffins is also available on request. Lifts can be a wait but it is a very big hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying at Swisshotel and we were impressed every single time. After a long travel from Australia, we arrived at Jummah and they were still able to accommodate our family (including young children) by checking us in early. Forever grateful and love the customer service
