You must do better. At breakfast time it is so busy and the service is not good at all. You had waiters refusing to clean up tables and reset them. I had to actively seek out waiters to place orders for tea, obtain fresh cutlery etc. The tea would then turn up late. Really poor experience, probably 2 star service. You are better off leaving the tea as self service. The waiters are not up to it.

The location was very convenient close to the Haram. We didn’t get a city view which was ok because we had a peaceful sleep as it wasn’t noisy. We did have to wait a long time until we were given a room and the room was quite small for 4 sharing. Hardly any space to move. It took a long time for our suitcases to be sent up to our room to. The bathroom was leaking, it kept getting flooded every time we used the shower. I would recommend staying here for the ideal location but don’t arrive before 4pm as the hotel is very busy at that time and you won’t get good customer service.

my story is like follow In the second day, I found a cockroach in the room and firm housekeeping. Also the receptionist they asked them to clean the room at 11:30 AM came back to the room 330 room is not clean made the complaint to the reception they sent a manager I told him about the cockroach and how is not acceptable to find insect inside F5 star hotel apologize promised to clean the room as soon as I leave and they did so the third day I woke up I lion insect cockroach and another one walking on the wall how disgusting our bags were open. Kids were playing on the floor. I didn’t know what to say since I did not see any cooperation from your part at receptionist a checkout I was angry disappointed, but I hold all my feelings and all I said to the receptionist, as I am disappointed at this five star hotel, not offering compensation except sending a thermos of coffee, which has nothing to do with solving the problem. Yes, they have said that they did clean up the room and send a team who specializes in insect, but if I am in an almost 5003 room with three insects around me. I don’t think that I am supposed to be such. High money Saying it a five star Hotel means safety cleanliness respect accommodations where we found is a insect party and terror throughout the state A room with a cockroach and four ladies is a nightmare We hated going back to the hotel and sleep. It didn’t feel safe, comfortable or fair. Really did not want to go back to my stay. I was there to feel peace ,pray and connect to God and staying in your hotel have ruined this experience to 4 adults and a child. At the checkout, the receptionists asked me are you happy with your stay and I said absolutely not. I am disappointed sad. Add feeling betrayed I could’ve I’ve paid half the amount of money to stay in a different hotel that insured me at least a clean room I am still not sure about my feelings still in shocked, especially that in Friday I found two insect ( Friday was my checkout day ) I know that my thoughts are not organized at the moment, but I am really disappointed and feeling betrayed by a big brand name In the end, did you say you cleaned the room and had an inspector looking around? Yes you did did it matter it did not why because I still stayed in a room with three cockroaches, one flying and one walking round tables between bags and one freeway enjoyed climbing the walls. Your compensation was a coffee thermos. Do you see any reason in that? Do you see any Connection do you see any compensation doesn’t make any sense I am a Saudi girl coming from Riyadh. I have my standards I am will traveled, and I have yet to stay in such a disappointed and sanitary hotel. In the end, why was my concern not taking seriously why have I not been moved to another room bigger room as a compensation or At least moved to a equal room in a different side of the hotel just to ensure my fears are being looked after So I can at least enjoy my sleep and not feeling scared What I paid is 4600 Saudi riyal For three nights stay Instead, I buy that amount to feel disgusted, scared, uncomfortable, and angry I am demanding my right in a compensation. I am demanding to receive what I paid for (clean nice bedroom ) that I pay full price for . By the way, there is a few complaint here and there, but it compares nothing to this insect issue . I really wish that you do something seriously about this matter and close the room 4025 for inspection and deep cleaning. Such a story could have a bad reputation to the hotel.

The location was very convenient. A short distance to the Haram & very ideal as we travelled with elderly people. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was well maintained. Would definitely stay there again In’Sha Allah.
