The staff was great and helpful. The location was perfect and convenient. The prayer area in front was also great!

It was good except the lifts going to 0 as u had to change lifts, coming after a while to go to o or reception area. It was really time consuming and battling Also it was one main dish in breakfast repeated again n again DAAL

With Ka'aba view there is nothing much more you can ask for. Swissotel has never disappointed from check-in to service to room etc. As always its a pleasure to stay here.
