We had a wonderful stay during our 10-hour transit in Doha. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. Special thanks to Srikant and Collin for their excellent service and for being so accommodating to our situation. Since we had an early flight, they arranged breakfast for us at 5 AM and also provided a wake-up call, which we really appreciated. We also loved the beautiful Doha city night view from the rooftop swimming pool. It made our short stay in Doha even more memorable. Superb service and hospitality from beginning to end. We felt genuinely well taken care of and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Doha. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately, the bed had a very unpleasant smell, and we couldn’t sleep well during our anniversary stay. Afterward, Guest Care contacted me and promised to make my next stay much better, asking me to book directly through her. However, the price she offered was actually higher than the price available on the app, despite mentioning a 10% discount. The upgrade and amenities offered were also benefits I had already received during my previous stay. I appreciated the follow-up, but unfortunately, it gave me false hopes that something special would be done to make up for our disappointing experience.
