We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel was beautiful and super modern and well located in West Bay area. Staff were excellent and provided high levels of guest satisfaction. The room was ultra modern and bathroom very well designed. The price we paid including bfast was great although bfast was missing menus where guests can review alacarte options before choosing. We were not able to self park our hire car in the basement parking which was an inconvenience as prefer to be able to self park rather than having to continuously valet the car. However, despite this, would still stay at the Swissotel hotel again. Thanks to all the staff.

I’m a professional hotelier, i wonder what’s the secret behind the passion of your staff starting with the valet service team, front office, luggage, f&b, ( best omelet ever) and don’t forget the helpful security guards outside. Really wonderful stay, only downside is the kids area was under maintenance during our stay, unlucky, thank you.

Our stay at Swissôtel Doha was truly an exceptional experience. Having stayed at many excellent hotels around the world, including iconic properties such as The Savoy in London, I can honestly say that Swissôtel Doha belongs among the very best. We would therefore like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the incredible hospitality and kindness we experienced throughout our stay. It was you who made Doha — and Qatar as a whole — feel to my wife and me like a wonderful place we would love to return to, not only as tourists, but perhaps for a much longer stay.
