Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment-style living concept is fantastic and very well thought out. The room facilities were excellent—the kitchen area was fully equipped with complete cooking utensils, including pots and frying pans, which made the space feel truly homey and convenient. My only minor drawback was regarding the dining options. The variety for both breakfast and lunch was quite limited. Additionally, the made-to-order (live cooking) options were somewhat sparse compared to what I expected. Expanding the food selection would make the dining experience match the high quality of the rooms. That being said, the comfort and great amenities of the room made for a wonderful experience overall. I would still gladly recommend staying here!

My stay was really pleasant! I had a one night stopover in Jakarta, and Swissôtel Living turned out to be the perfect choice. The location is super convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and it was perfect for hanging out with friends if they came over. The view was also amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the lady at the reception counter on the SL floor (if I am not mistaken), who assisted us throughout the check-in process. She was extremely accommodating, friendly, and attentive, and she genuinely did her best to ensure that our check-in experience was pleasant. Her professionalism and warm hospitality were commendable. We would be grateful if you could convey our heartfelt thanks to her for the excellent service she provided. Well done to her! Unfortunately, our experience with the gentleman stationed across from the check-in counter was quite the opposite. We understood that we were simply redeeming the complimentary welcome drinks that we were entitled to. However, we felt that the service we received fell far below expectations. Regardless of whether a guest is paying for a service or receiving something complimentary, basic courtesy, attentiveness, and kindness should always be part of the hospitality experience. We waited at least 20–25 minutes, possibly even longer, for our drinks. It was only after we approached him while he was serving another guest that he informed us he would follow up on our order. Throughout our wait, we also noticed that he appeared to be frequently occupied with his mobile phone, which left us feeling that our order was not being given the attention it deserved. The excellent service demonstrated by the lady at the reception counter truly reflected the high standards one would expect from your hotel/service apartment. Her warm and professional approach made a positive impression on us and deserves recognition. However, the contrasting experience with the gentleman was disappointing. We believe that every guest deserves the same level of courtesy and attentiveness, regardless of whether they are paying for a service or redeeming a complimentary entitlement. We hope this feedback will be taken constructively and that the necessary attention can be given to improving the service standards in this area. Thank you for your time and attention. We would appreciate it if our feedback could be shared with the relevant team, particularly our compliments to the lady who made our check-in experience so pleasant.

Very pleasant stay, especially with the washing machine within the toilet makes it very convenient for guests. The only set back I have is the pillows, which are too soft and stays flat when compressed.
