The hotel is quiet new, well located and i love how spacious the room is. I love the breakfast, and the complimentary platinum meals daily. The design is modern, well lit and the bed is comfy as well. Hospitality is top notch as always

I had a lovely stay! I booked two rooms as I wanted to have a staycation with my family. It was partly my mistake that I didn’t include a request for connecting or adjacent rooms when making the reservation. However, upon check-in, I found out that the rooms had been assigned on different floors. A big shout-out to Mba Aura from the Reception team, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange adjacent rooms for us. She even offered to upgrade one of my rooms so that we could stay on the same floor. My nephew was especially happy to discover that his upgraded room came with a bathtub! Just one small note for the F&B team: my room did not include breakfast, so I asked the Reception team at Ember on the 16th about using the Heartist discount for breakfast, and I was informed that it was applicable. However, when I had breakfast on the 17th, I was told that it was a blackout date and the discount could not be applied. Perhaps the F&B team could be reminded to clearly communicate the blackout dates and when the discount is not applicable, as I honestly had forgotten that the 17th was a public holiday as well. But overall, I really loved my stay and had a wonderful experience with my family. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable!
