Helpful kind courteous staff that keeps me coming back. Housekeeper wrote me a note that he placed 2 extra bottles of water as he noticed i consume lots of medicine. I am so touched. My experience has always been flawless except when i had to deal with the corporate sales person that is so annoying

Overall, I had A. very enjoyable stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. The property is still very new, well maintained, and offers A. modern, comfortable atmosphere that makes it an excellent choice for both short and extended stays. During check-in, I was warmly assisted by Zaki from the Front Office. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the hotel's facilities and Platinum benefits clearly, making the arrival experience smooth and welcoming. The room itself was excellent clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Everything still felt brand new, and it was A. wonderful place to relax. The swimming pool was also enjoyable, although the water was quite cold during my visit. It was fairly busy, but still A. pleasant facility. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful anniversary surprise prepared for my parents. Thank you to Arsya, Farisa, Firas & Friends, the Guest Experience Team, and the Housekeeping Team for the thoughtful mirror decoration and anniversary setup. It was A. genuinely heartwarming surprise that made my parents very happy and added A. special touch to our celebration. During breakfast, I was assisted by Rachel. Although she seemed to still be learning, she was incredibly polite, attentive, and always eager to help. Her positive attitude left A. very good impression. I would also like to share A. few constructive suggestions. During the Platinum welcome experience, I was served by Wisnu. I believe there is room for improvement in this area. When I asked which welcome drink he would personally recommend, the response was simply, "It's up to you." A. more personalized recommendation would have created A. warmer and more engaging experience. Additionally, one of the hot dishes was served without any warning that the plate was extremely hot, and I ended up burning my hand slightly. A. simple heads-up would certainly improve guest safety and service quality. Another small point is the shower water pressure, which felt A. little weak compared to other hotels in the same category. Improving this would make the overall room experience even better. Lastly, I would like to share some feedback regarding ALL Accor Platinum recognition. I truly appreciate receiving the complimentary one-category upgrade in accordance with the Platinum benefits, and I'm grateful for being upgraded to the Swiss Executive Suite. However, I believe there is an opportunity for Swissôtel Living to make the experience even more memorable whenever occupancy allows. For example, guests booking A. Studio are sometimes able to enjoy an upgrade to A. One Bedroom Apartment, while in my case, booking A. One Bedroom Apartment resulted in an upgrade of one category. I completely understand that upgrades are always subject to availability and operational considerations, and this is certainly not A. complaint. Rather, I hope that whenever occupancy allows, the hotel could consider extending A. more generous upgrade for loyal members. As someone currently on A. personal journey to visit and review 50 Accor properties across Greater Jakarta, one thing I've learned is that loyal guests genuinely value room upgrades. More than just A. larger room, they represent recognition and appreciation for the trust and loyalty guests place in the brand. These thoughtful gestures often become the most memorable part of A. stay and are one of the reasons guests choose to return. Overall, I believe Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan already delivers an excellent guest experience, and enhancing Platinum recognition whenever possible would make it even more exceptional. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.
