My stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by every member of the team. A special thank you to Pak Nico, Front Office Manager, who made the check-in experience smooth, professional, and welcoming. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality immediately set a positive tone for the entire stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable accommodation, excellent facilities, and a convenient location in the heart of Mega Kuningan. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and provide all the comforts needed for both short and extended stays. I would also like to recognise Ibnu, who served during one of my dinner visits. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly personality greatly enhanced the dining experience. Equally commendable was the hostess managing the breakfast entrance, whose warm greeting and cheerful attitude each morning made guests feel valued and appreciated. What impressed me most was the teamwork displayed throughout the hotel. Every department appeared to work hand in hand, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for guests. Whether at the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or public areas, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service. The positive atmosphere created by the team is truly one of the hotel's greatest strengths. It is evident that the staff take pride in their work and support one another, which translates into a memorable guest experience. Thank you to Pak Nico, Ibnu, the breakfast hostess, and the entire Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return and will gladly recommend this property to friends, family, and colleagues visiting Jakarta.

The hotel is very comfortable, with a modern atmosphere and excellent cleanliness. The facilities are very complete, and I was upgraded to a room that felt more like an apartment. The room was equipped with a kitchen, electric stove, refrigerator, and washing machine, making it extremely convenient for a longer stay. Overall, the facilities are exceptional for a hotel, and the stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The hotel atmosphere is okay. The receptionist is okay. The valet and concierge are okay. But the incident happened again like in February where the dishcloth was dirty and smelly. In February, the response was still quite good. But yesterday, WhatsApp to +6… did not get any response & really irresponsible to the person who handles the WhatsApp number, only read without any apology or explanation. Then the first call to housekeeping was replaced with a dirty cloth too... then another complaint came and then a clean cloth came. There was no improvement in the cleanliness of the cloth since I have stayed there several times

I arrived in Indonesia on March 24 for a six-week business trip and checked into Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan with great anticipation. Upon arrival, the front desk assigned me Room 1810—a pleasant coincidence, as it is the same unit number as my home in Malaysia. That small detail immediately gave me a sense of familiarity and comfort. Overall, the room was in very good condition and felt modern and well-maintained. I also appreciated the hotel’s pillow menu, which was a thoughtful touch that enhanced my stay. The breakfast met expectations, but what impressed me most was the coffee service. Guests can communicate directly with the restaurant staff to customize and order their preferred coffee. As a coffee lover, this made a lasting impression on me, and the coffee here suited my taste perfectly. During my stay, I unfortunately experienced food poisoning. After informing the front desk, the hotel responded quickly and took genuinely caring actions. I would especially like to recognize Front Office Manager Pak Niko for his concern, professionalism, and reassuring communication throughout the situation. The team arranged hot tea and warm soup to help me recover, and later sent fruits along with a thoughtful get-well note. They also followed up regularly with messages to check on my condition. This level of hospitality and professionalism truly deserves recognition and appreciation. Throughout my stay, the hotel team consistently responded promptly to guests’ needs. I sincerely hope they continue maintaining this excellent service standard. It is precisely this warmth and dedication that has convinced me to choose Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan again for my future business trips. Of course, no hotel is perfect, and there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. The mattress is too soft. Upgrading to a firmer, higher-quality mattress would better reflect the standards expected of Swissôtel Living. 2. Both the pillows and bed linens have a slightly sour odor. Even after daily linen changes, the smell remains. I have since moved to another room, but the issue persists. 3. Housekeeping standards could be improved. Tea bags are occasionally not replenished, and sometimes one or two towels are missed during replacement. 4. The shower water pressure is relatively low. Considering the hotel has been operating for less than five years and the rooms are not located on particularly high floors, this should not be an issue. I am currently staying in Room 3208, where the water pressure is slightly better. 5. Some grout lines between the bathroom wall tiles show signs of mold and deterioration. While this does not significantly affect the guest experience at the moment, it is something the hotel should address proactively before it worsens. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to several hotel team members who made my stay especially memorable: Front Office Manager * Pak Niko – Thank you for your understanding, support, and for accommodating my needs with the most appropriate arrangements. Restaurant Team * Farid, Rahma, and Maulina – Thank you for your excellent service every day. I was touched that you remembered both my preferred coffee order and my favorite Japanese breakfast. Sales Team * Pak Awal – Thank you for always assisting with reservations and efficiently handling my company’s invoicing and receipt requirements. As someone who spends a significant amount of time traveling for business, I am genuinely impressed by the standards and hospitality of this hotel. I look forward to every stay and will gladly return whenever my work brings me back to Jakarta.
