Everything was great starting the check in time, the room view, the room service, and all the facilities. Just have 1 comment regarding the quality of the breakfast and the coffee in the hotel restaurant. These need to be reconsidered. The dinner was good and there was variety of choices. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Swissotel Al maqam is a perfect choice for location, comfort and luxury. The staff are good, helpful. Their breakfast spread is amazing and the overall service is excellent. The reception staff Mooeen was very helpful and accommodating with an early check in. Very close to main haram and umrah gates. It was a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Hani when checking in who gave us a free upgrade and Saber on the cleaning staff. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The buffet was amazing, the rooms spacious and clean. The view AMAZING. Would go back.
