The stay was great as usual. Despite some issues with the room availability and some inconvenience due to changes of the reservation caused an issue with the staff but everything else was great as usual. This is the 4th stay at Maqam and it became our preferred place in Makkah. The room cleanliness wasn’t great as we found some rubbish in the room but overall the room service and the whole staff were great and very kind. The dinner options need some improvement in terms of variety but the quality is great.
