SO SO

This is was my first time using this hotel with my kids ( we're 6 people ) my wife , my 3 daughters and son ( Age 12,9,5,3) when i booked online i did 2 twin beds , When i entered the room i saw 2 small bed which is only good for 2 people . I asked the person at the reception ( she was helpful) She explained that this is the out twin beds , she was able to gave us 2 more beds and i was able to manage it with the kids. I paid almost $1500 for 7 nights but didn't enjoy the room at all. In the future i will try not to stay in this hotel .

Bad food, rooms smell like mould, overpriced for the quality of stay. We paid 1,000 extra for the exact same room as 2 other family members.

Dirty smelly towels

It was a total disappointment compared tl the price we paid. The lobby is messy and the personnel is not very welcoming. The most annoying thing was the smelly towels and sheets. In my opinion as an ACCOR diamond member, it does not represent a 5star hotel.
