Service was very good, reception staff were nice and polite. Breakfast was amazing. Nice clean restaurant. Helpful restaurant staff. Only issue was in room, cabinet drawers was broken. Locker was showing error. I didn’t get room which booked. It was nice to stay at Swisstol Al Maqam.

One of the highlights for us was the masjid within the hotel premises. It is tastefully decorated, serene, and provides a deeply peaceful atmosphere for prayer. The cleanliness and excellent washroom facilities of the masjid Ul Ahraam further added to our comfort and ease. The hotel EXECUTIVE LOUNGE ALMASHARAF spacious and impressive, creating a welcoming first impression. Additionally, the surrounding shopping areas are very convenient, offering a wide variety of items that guests may need during their stay. The elevators were always readily available and efficient, making movement within the hotel smooth and hassle-free at all times. We were especially impressed by the Executive Lounge. The menu was thoughtfully curated, with a perfect balance of proteins, carbohydrates, cheeses, salads, and legumes—everything presented beautifully and with great attention to detail. The service in the lounge was truly outstanding. A special mention goes to Mr. WALEED from the All Accor Limitless Desk , who was extremely cooperative, attentive, and courteous throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team also deserves great appreciation. They were highly responsive and cooperative—whenever we called, assistance was prompt, and the room was serviced quickly and efficiently. Overall, our stay was filled with comfort, enjoyment, and peace. We truly had a wonderful time and created beautiful memories. In the end i would like to MR. FOUZEE from Al_khairaat Restorant at breakfast thanks for the great hospitality. We would highly recommend Swistol Al Muqaam Makkah Hotel to anyone visiting Makkah , and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
