Finding the hotel and navigating from the room to the mosque, or to nearby shops and restaurants, is difficult. I suggest providing a map or a certain way to make it easier for the elderly and the new customers.

I was overcharged by about 200 pounds for my stay. I paid the pre payment link before I arrived at hotel for 1 night for each room I had booked and then paid remaining balance on arrival but the remaining balance was about 200 pounds extra on top of the rate that I had secured through the app

All staff were very friendly and very professional, on checkin and out, restaurant staff, house keeping and luggage staff. Check in and out was very quick, house keeping staff response were very fast and food was very delicious. The only thing that bothered me is the room maintenance, i had to call several times for different issues like tv network, broken bed leg, ac air outlet loose part which was causing noisy squeaking sound. And there was a defective electricity plug but i felt embarrassed to call more as i already called many times. But of course the maintenance staff were very friendly and kind but i only recommend that they perform regular check up for all the small details in the room and make sure they are properly functioning. Please note that even i was a little bit upset but this will not affect coming back because what matters to me the most is the staff attitude and hospitality and they were just amazing.
