We stayed for four nights and everything from start to finish was wonderful. We were lucky enough to be given a room when we arrived early in the morning, when we were tired from our flight. Our room was comfortable yet modern and quiet. The hotel was really well located, and we also loved the very well appointed spa.

I had an excellent business stay at the Swissôtel Tbilisi. The hotel's location is ideal, with many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and business areas within easy reach. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel well looked after from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a busy day. The food and beverage offering was another highlight. Breakfast featured an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality options, and the hotel's dining venues offered excellent meals throughout my stay. The only minor downside was that the in-room climate control wasn't particularly intuitive, and it took some time to find a comfortable temperature. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again.

We recently enjoyed a one-night stay to celebrate our joint medical and dentistry graduations. Overall, it was an incredibly refined experience, demonstrating the true standard of luxury hospitality. The Highlights: • Vitality Room & Views: The Vitality Room was an excellent decision. Having dedicated in-room gym equipment is a unique touch setting Swissôtel apart. Our 8th-floor room featured exceptional floor-to-ceiling glass panes offering panoramic views. Watching the heavy rain at night was stunning. While visually striking, a vented section for fresh air would be welcome, though I understand sealed environments are standard for modern architecture. • Immaculate Garment Care: My girlfriend Maria's dress and my three-piece suit, entrusted to the team for steaming, were flawlessly prepared in our wardrobe upon arrival. The pressing was of an incredibly high standard, leaving an immaculate, pristine finish. I was so pleased I also utilised their dry cleaning service for my suit before departure. • Service & Discretion: As this stay was a surprise for my girlfriend, I had arranged special details in advance. Upon our evening return, the team had executed these flawlessly. They even added a thoughtful, unprompted gesture: special dentistry balloons for Maria—an absolutely perfect touch. • Arrival & Pürovel Spa: A seamless 10:00 AM check-in set the tone, and the concierge flawlessly handled our luggage upon arrival and departure. The Pürovel Spa was pristine. We appreciated premium touches at the lounge entrance: hot tea, a cold smoothie, and biscuits—a welcome self-service standard even for 5-star spas. Chilled, scented towels in the fridge were brilliant. The salt room was delightful, and we quickly acclimatised to, and thoroughly enjoyed, our first steam room experience. • Breakfast & Comforts: Breakfast was superb, boasting an extensive, high-quality variety, including a Swiss chocolate fountain and perfectly prepared eggs. After a busy day, the bathtub was incredibly relaxing, and we highly valued the bespoke pillow menu. Dining: A Tale of Two Restaurants • Olives (Exceptional): We dined at the Mediterranean restaurant, Olives, on our first evening. It was phenomenal. Our attentive, formal waiter kept a discreet eye on our exterior table, ensuring we lacked nothing. The culinary quality was exquisite, and the warm bread and olives to start was a lovely touch. Providing a feedback form showed management's genuine care for high standards. • Atmosphere (Disappointing): Conversely, Atmosphere was a letdown. The environment suffered from flies, detracting from expected hygiene standards. Service felt uninviting; my request to substitute chicken for beef in my ramen was dismissed without checking the kitchen. Having visited many high-end Asian restaurants, the ingredient quality and cooking here lacked; my noodles were oily with overpowering soy sauce. It simply did not deliver a premium experience—the food felt like something ordered on Wolt. Areas for Improvement: • Spa Surveillance: While the spa is fantastic, five or six security cameras directed at the relaxation areas feels kind of invasive for an unmanned space. It is difficult to genuinely unwind when feeling constantly monitored. • Room Maintenance: One round bedside lamp (nearest the door) needs a replacement bulb. • Technology: A true 5-star hotel should definitely feature smart TVs as a standard amenity for evening relaxation. Final Thoughts & A Special Thank You: A profound thank you to the management team—particularly Mariam, for a flawless stay. Ani in reservations and Teona the concierge were instrumental in making our celebration exceptional. Our one night flew by. The final bill reflected the exceptional care received, and it was absolutely worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, culminating in a lovely photo with the team. They're the most hospitable & down to earth 5 star hotel in Tbilisi. I highly recommend Swissôtel for a luxury getaway in Tbilisi, & look forward to returning soon!

I had arranged for transport from the airport to the hotel. Our plane was delayed over 6 hours. I sent an email to inform the hotel of the delay and need to shift the pick up time to 1:30 AM. Everything went smoothly and our room was very nice.
