Our team-building activity was a fantastic one-night stay at Swissôtel. The rooms were exclusive, and the restaurant had the perfect balance of flavor and views. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. I hope to visit again someday with my family.

The hotel has a beautiful view of Nusantara from the room and building. The room itself is really exquisite and much equipped elegantly. The pool also offers a wonderful view and they also have table tennis and basketball ring for fun. The crew is super friendly and helpful. One thing to improve is the taste of the food, which was not in par with everything else the hotel offers.

been a while i really had no expectation from any of hotel i have stayed recently until that evening, prior arriving and being greated by the front desk that i get the feeling of home and like i was at a very good and long known friend's home . instantly i am a part of them and theirs too. moreover the room , bed, pillow, amenities and mostly i don't have any complain but gratitude and satisfaction , even the breakfast items in the morning. so glad i have stayed and please keep up the good job

Except the breakfast are low class. Only serve one type of fish with awful tatse.
