I had a wonderful experience staying at Swissôtel Nusantara. The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the center of IKN, making it extremely convenient. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the entire team. Every staff member was remarkably attentive, warm, and professional. I would like to give a special mention to “Ms. Rara in Front Office”, whose exceptional hospitality and helpful demeanor made me feel truly welcome throughout my visit. As a guest, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely be returning to Swissôtel Nusantara whenever I visit IKN again. It would be perfect stay and i will put 10 if I got the point rewards. unfortunately as per front desk info, i didn't eligible to get it because booking thru travel agent and it doesn't make sense for me. For next stay, I would be less prioritize All group for my business trip.

Wonderful! I extended my stay twice, and ended up staying 3 days. All the facilities you could possibly want, good views from the windows, pleasant, cheerful and attentive staff. I enjoyed exploring IKN using the hotel's bicycles, from the core government area, to the extreme north (still under construction), to the extreme south (likewise). Yes, it's quite hot (32-33 deg) on the bike, but the breeze at this time of year makes it quite tolerable, even when cycling for a couple hours in the middle of the day. Quite nice at night, dropping to 24 degrees. Also, it's easy travelling around IKN in the air-conditioned free buses. The routes have expanded since last time I was here. Access by bus from Balikpapan is more frequent too, from the airport and Batu Ampar terminal. There are only two hotels inside IKN (despite what the maps show), I've stayed in both but I keep coming back to Swissôtel!
