Comfortable upgraded stay….Nicole at bar was really accommodating to give us an upgraded welcome drink as per gold status during closing hour. Kudos to her and the bartender.

Just has a beautiful stay at this hostel. Just such a special feel The hotel was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble by the staff Beautiful room . Well worth upgrading to the club lounge

The hotel’s location was excellent and made it very easy to get around. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Ilayda from the restaurant. Her warm attitude and attention to detail made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The buffet offered a great variety of food, and everything was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had a really pleasant stay at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka. The location was extremely convenient, especially with direct access to Namba Station and easy connections to the airport. It made getting around Osaka very effortless. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are also plenty of shops and food options nearby, which made everything very convenient. It took us a little while to get familiar with the station and hotel entrances on the first day, but once we got used to the layout, it was very easy to navigate. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.
