Aside from the kids upstairs running/jumping upstairs early in the mornings, we really enjoyed our stay at your property. Contacting front desk did help but you can't do much when it comes to kids.

Overall felt it was a little bit less than expected - size of room, size of beds for 4 Pax, not enough chairs for 4 pax, housekeeping service and doorman excellent. On our first night, Skai bar was not open due to a private function, we felt like our arrival at Skai restaurant with our 2 children (10 and 12 years old) was an inconvenience by many staff including maitre’d staff and service staff who overlooked us, cleared our table before we ordered because we sat down and didn’t bother to ask if we wanted to order, or drink. This particular individual push past our waiter and interrupted our order with our waiter to then pour water. By exception Savren and Luca who attended our table and needs were excellent. Pool was ok, smell of varnish for some reason. Consider using non-glass reusable water bottles in the room as we felt we couldn’t bring glass bottles around with us. City view from the room was lovely. Checkin was efficient and good, but checkout felt very impersonal considering our membership and subpar compared to other Accor’s and Shangri-La hotels.
