one thing i would like to bring up is that the temperature in spa was a little bit cold for us. And the steam sauna was also cold at the morning. everything else was nice.

The room was stylish and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very extensive. The hotel staff are truly friendly; for instance, the guy at the breakfast reception was absolutely outstanding.

Dear Front Office Manager / Hotel Management, I am writing to bring to your attention a very unfortunate and distressing incident that occurred during our stay at your hotel. As a repeat guest who stayed with you just last week and returned again now, I expected a higher standard of service and honesty from the staff. In the morning, we received only one tampon. Later on, when my girlfriend urgently needed more, I went down to the front desk to ask for assistance. The female receptionist explicitly told me that you were completely out of tampons and that the ones given earlier were the last ones you had. Shortly after, I went back to the front desk area to ask about an HDMI 1 cable. While there, I clearly saw multiple packs of various tampons stored in the room behind the desk. I had also carefully explained what a tampon was to the staff member, so there was no misunderstanding about the item. The employee simply lied to my face, claiming you had none left. Because of this false information, my girlfriend had to go outside to search for a store to buy what she needed. While she was on her way, her period broke through her clothes, ruining her favorite pair of pants and forcing her to walk back to the hotel deeply embarrassed and distressed. Had the staff been honest when I first asked, she would not have had to go through this humiliating and uncomfortable experience. Given that I am a returning customer and the situation was mishandled due to dishonesty from your staff, I expect the hotel to take this matter seriously and offer a reasonable gesture of goodwill regarding our stay. Modern Hotel with well-sized rooms, clean bathroom, proper safe. Breakfast is rich and of good quality. Loved the quality of ther breakfast boxes when one has to leave early. SPA hours are a little short (finsishes at 9pm) other than that, all fine and clean. Overall, a very good experiance!
