What was great - Location, size and amenities of the apartment What can be improved 1) Hot water supply runs out often and the water pressure both on the shower and faucet is weak 2) we had to ask often for water and coffee/tea supplies and each time it takes a long time and needs follow-up 3) fridge was leaking water 4) ac failed in master room and was fixed later 5) the cupboard doesn’t close perfectly and the lights remain on after during nights 6) the reception guys said that I have to sign up at check in for a special deal for spa and when I went a day later said that they cannot offer and happily suggested to go to another spa 7) breakfast is poor spread and quality. 8) the bed spreads etc were hardly changed once although we were there for more than a week. There are more and overall we feel is a good property without the quality, refinement and service levels of a five star property- more like 3 star or best case 4 star.

Originally, the whole family was looking forward to this hotel. Before coming, we showed the children photos and they were looking forward to stay. When our family arrived, the room arranged by the front desk was not the room type we originally booked. That was fine, after all, everyone was very tired after a long journey, so we accepted it. After arriving at the room, we found that the 130-square-meter room only had ONE king-size bed. We were 2 adults and 3 children, and it was clearly marked on the reservation. I went to the front desk to communicate, and they said that was it, and the children were free. If it was free, they would not arrange a place to sleep? What logic is it! And the service attitude of the front desk was very bad and arrogant. The children were not arranged with a bed? Did they sleep on the floor? I asked the front desk what should I do? They said that kids could sleep in the same bed with adults! In the end, they reluctantly sent a simple single bed, and A. extra bed would cost extra. You could feel the raised springs of the simple bed! The front desk had no intention of compromising because he knew that our reservation was non-refundable. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, which makes people very uncomfortable during the stay! How can it be rated as a 5-star hotel? Basically, you will no longer have expectations for breakfast from the third day, because every day is the same, no change! The only thing that changes is the different spices and sauces every day, and the breakfast is basically Indian food. During the breakfast peak, there are so many people that it is like a bazar market. The experience is very bad! Staff training also needs to be improved. Some employees have a bad attitude, of course there are good ones. But it is quite different from what a real 5-star hotel should be like!
