We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair and truly enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who made our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Its location is excellent, with easy access to the shopping mall, restaurants, and Union Metro Station, making it very convenient for exploring Dubai, especially when travelling with family. We particularly appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and the efforts of the staff to ensure that guests feel at home. Travelling with children can sometimes be challenging, but staying here made our family holiday much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, Swissôtel Al Ghurair exceeded our expectations, and we would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai, especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay special. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Dubai!

The rooms are nice and comfortable, but the breakfast was disappointing. Long queue for egg and the chef was one and he was slow . In fact I didn’t enjoyed at all. Even the staff are not helpful.
