We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty. The property is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a great escape from the busy city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was excellent. The swimming pools and wellness facilities were definitely the highlight of our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the food quality was impressive. The staff were generally polite, helpful and professional, which made the experience even better. I particularly appreciated the resort-style environment and the facilities available for families. The only downside is that the hotel is a little away from central Almaty, so getting into the city can take some time. However, if you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and family-friendly resort rather than a hotel right in the city centre, this is an excellent choice. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and definitely a place I would consider visiting again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely happy with our experience. Everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially loved the spa facilities and the variety of swimming pools, which were excellent.
