From the moment I contacted the hotel before my arrival, the experience was outstanding. I informed them that I was visiting for a special occasion, and the Guest Relations team went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Their response time was always fast, and they were incredibly helpful with every request. They assisted me with arranging a car rental and even supported me during the rental process by helping with translation when needed. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring I had a smooth and enjoyable stay made a huge difference. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team. The reception staff, room service team, housekeeping, and café staff were all professional, friendly, and consistently provided excellent service throughout my stay. Every interaction reflected a high level of hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had, and the team truly made my stay more enjoyable and memorable than I could have imagined. Thank you all for your exceptional hospitality. When I booked the hotel I was told that overall price with breakfast and 1 additional bed will be 210,000kzt. While we arrived at the hotel we were charged additionally for 12,000kzt for additional bed which is absolutely unacceptable since additional bed is complimentary across hotels worldwide. During check out I raised that concern to receptionist and was told that payment will be returned and someone from hotel will call me, but I didn’t receive my money and nobody called me.

Staff kept dropping out request - I took me 4 calls to have someone come-over and fix the door in my Mom's room Balcony. Something happened with House-Keeping too, where the rooms were no cleaned the first day; had to send out multiple reminders.
