It was my first time staying at the property. Great visual, aesthetic and gastronomic breakfast experience at Level 7. The Middle Eastern selection and the Avocado Tartine stood out over the competitors in this category. Stay made more memorable with a surprise birthday celebration for my wife at the appropriate time. The staff collectively displayed excellent professionalism in discharging their duties whilst customising individual guest experience. It is truly a service that connects at the heart level.

My experience with Swissotel here is very good, Geraido who checked me in was very accommodating, he was very helpful with my requests and did not hesitate to try his best. My check in experience was great. The hotel is located in a great location, room was nice and clean and every staff members that i passed through were always friendly. Celline who checked me out from the hotel was also helpful with my luggage, she was very friendly and thoughtful. I would definitely be back here next time I'm in Jakarta. My only complain is i wish the hotel room has a better mirror, everything else is top notch.
