We stayed a week at Swissotel Izmir and were thoroughly impressed with everything about the hotel. Everything from the location, warm welcome at reception, the plentiful options at breakfast right through to the immaculately kept grounds and cleanliness of the rooms and stunning environment and art installations. . The room we requested was garden facing and from the 4th floor where we were located gave us excellent views of the pool and grounds. The room was spacious with both a bathtub and shower. Bottled water was provided each day as well as an excellent selection of teas. There was a Nespresso machine but pods were at additional cost, which seemed bizarre! The hotel is perfectly located for the popular areas of Alsancak and Konak as well as the popular attractions of Kemeraltı Çarşı, Kordon Boyu and the Clock Tower. We will certainly return when we next visit Izmir.

we stayed only one night for my husband's birthday and they gave us a free upgrade with nice decoration in the room. Everyone is very professional at their jobs. We will definitely come again.

1) Very high deposite! 2) At security check point magnetic metal detector placed in such way, that it is impossible to bypass for people with pacemakers!
