Swissotel is one of the finest hotels in Sarajevo. It is centrally located, taxis abundant nearby, tramway just behind the hotel, shopping, great restaurants, museum within walking distance. The staff are first class professionals, and the hotel caters to all your needs. Breakfast is fresh and a great way to start. The hotel offers machine espresso but not traditional Bosnia kahva, perhaps a miss given Sarajevo is known for its special brew.

First time i had a bad experience with the hotel. Check in was messy, there was no organization. They took people who were waiting after me and made me wait longer. I dont think it was on purpose, but they weren't organized in checking people in or getting cars from Valet. Also the bathroom was not clean. There were stains on the counter. I could tell that it was missed and there were hairs. It may have been a mistake by the cleaning staff but these problems together, tell me that theres some management issues.

Amazing staff, especially front desk personnel named Lana made this stay amazingly well with her warm welcome and professionalism! So helpful! The rest of the staff same. Hotel super clean, well located, nice restaurant, well designed room, with full of amenities kits. It’s my new home in Sarajevo now!
