We were thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and quality of the service throughout our stay! The staff were always welcoming and readily available to assist with anything we needed. Our rooms were cleaned to a high standard, the breakfast spread was fantastic, and the entire team was consistently helpful and attentive. A very special shout-out to Gobin, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more comfortable. From helping us make local phone calls and providing directions to sharing useful information, he was always willing to lend a hand, even on occasions when his shift had ended. As tourists exploring a new environment, having someone so kind, approachable, and supportive made such a difference to our experience. Gobin made us feel as though we had a family friend looking out for us, and for that, we are truly grateful. His warmth and genuine willingness to help will always be remembered. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant experience, and especially to Gobin for going the extra mile. Your kindness and hospitality are a real credit to the hotel! ❤️

The location, rooms and hotel are very nice. It only drops points as the bar is located outside of the hotel, you have to walk outside to get there and I think because of this it is very exceptionally quiet! I ended up eating in my hotel room as that is the place in the hotel where you can eat and have a beer.

The customer service was incredible. The staff were really amazing and even though we were only their for a short while we were treated so well. We were given our room earlier than expected without any fuss. They even left us a bowl of fruit when we came back in the evening. Thank you so much.
