COMFORTABLE STAY, CLEAN ROOM, ONLY ISSUE THE ROOMS WAS NOT STOCKED WELL AFTER THE PREVIOUS GUST LEFT. HAD TO CALL FOR THINGS AGAIN AND AGAIN, AS HOUSEKEEPING HAD NOT UPDATED BEFORE THE NEW GUEST COMES IN

Dear Team, I would like to share my disappointment regarding the way my car was handled by the valet parking service. Upon check-out, my vehicle was returned to me in a very dirty condition and covered with dust due to the nearby construction work. I expected the valet team to take proper care of the vehicle and ensure it was returned in an acceptable condition, especially considering this is part of the service experience. Unfortunately, receiving my car in this condition felt unprofessional and created an unpleasant and unsafe experience. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed with the valet team to avoid similar situations in the future. I appreciate your attention and look forward to your feedback.
