Dear Team, I would like to share my disappointment regarding the way my car was handled by the valet parking service. Upon check-out, my vehicle was returned to me in a very dirty condition and covered with dust due to the nearby construction work. I expected the valet team to take proper care of the vehicle and ensure it was returned in an acceptable condition, especially considering this is part of the service experience. Unfortunately, receiving my car in this condition felt unprofessional and created an unpleasant and unsafe experience. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed with the valet team to avoid similar situations in the future. I appreciate your attention and look forward to your feedback.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, clean and comfortable rooms and great facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and We would highly recommend it!

I stayed for a 6 day work trip and everything was perfect. Location is just next to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and financial centre. Modern design with attention to details, spacious room and good breakfast options. Nothing went wrong. Almost perfect stay :)
