My stay was great and I especially want to thank Kia for helping me retrieve my coat that I left in the room before checking out. She was amazingly helpful as well as the entire staff who was smiling and very accomodating!

We stayed for 3 nights the month of January and had the best time. We stayed in a suite on the 35 floor.The rooms were great, the check in, bar service was all great. Will def stay again!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Kia/Joseph/Esmon(think I spelled His name wrong) we’re all great. They all showed excellent costumer service skills. When I come Back to Chicago. This will be my number one choice. Staff was excellent. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view and it was clean.
