Parking is expensive, but it is all over downtown Chicago. Check in and requests were handled perfectly, thank you, Mohammed. No in room microwave? That’s a problem. Having to go to another floor for ice? That’s a problem. The hotel is nice and quiet at night, access to street level is great and I have to applaud the elevators not stopping at every floor; instead you enter your floor and scan your room key so that you’re not in the upper floors waiting and stopping for other guests to get off on their floors. Amuse restaurant has a delicious menu.

I was promised that $50 upgrade would be waived and it wasn’t waived. When I called back to inquire about it I was cussed out at and hung up on.

As soon as we arrived, the valet welcomed us and immediately took care of our car. Front desk informed us they upgraded our room to a suite because we're members, so that was a great surprise. We were also surprised by room service with complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to wish us a happy Valentine's day! The views of lake Michigan, navy pier and the river were amazing. Our stay was perfect.

This hotel is well located in the heart of Chicago overlooking the lake and river. Alot of restaurants in the area and sites to see.
