Last day we reextend our room and pay money cash to reception and ask them to give us some discount. Reception went to supervisor if there is any possibility to give discount but supervisor came to us rudely and shouted us we do not have room so you have to empty the room otherwise we will throw them away. I became disappointed and told them that in the morning from reception they called us and we confirmed that we need to extend but afternoon we will come back and pay the money but supervisor again came to us and said you have 10 minutes time to make your room empty if not we will come and throw all your luggage out but i told them I already paid and i will call the police to come here to see what is going on then supervisor understood that i am so angry and calling the police he asked the reception to give us our room and extend for one day
