We asked for conditioner for 2 days and it only came after we called multiple times took almost an hour to come, housekeeping did not even check and also gave dirty towels. AC was broken for one of the rooms asked for a room change but they said they can only send someone up to check it and had to wait close to 1 hour and the person was still fixing it and he stepped into the room with dirty shoes. Had to complain multiple times until they were willing to give us a room change. The room we got was a downgrade as well (no coffee machine, no couch, one lamp was missing and one was spoilt so room was dark) but it was already 2am when they gave the room change and was to tired to complain again. Whole experience was horrible paid a lot of money for a 5 stars hotel and got such a bad experience.

I arrived late in dubai and came straight to the hotel only to be told their were no rooms available. I then went on the app and found the room at the same hotel and booked it. I don't understand why I was told this in the first place. And no apologies from the hotel

The room is spacious n location superb. Next to a shopping mall n 15-min away from airport. Only grumble is housekeeping. The toothpaste is enough for two brushes. Thus we need new toothpaste every day. On first day, only one set of toothbrush n paste was given even though the room was booked for two. On second day no new sets were given. Called housekeeping and it took half hour to deliver them. My gal had to delay her bedtime to wait for the toothpaste.
