Good location but in need of refurbishment

The apartment had a good location but the whole property is very run down and in need of a renovation/refurbishment. Broken and missing tiles everywhere on the foot paths and walkways, the rooms are huge but again really old inside, the bathrooms have chunks of silicon everywhere in them to cover up all the holes and broken tiles. Definitely not what i was expecting being part of the Accor group. Staff were helpful and kind but I would not stay here again nor recommend it to friends of family.

Very old, unbearable odor in the rooms and corridors

Very good location in a walk distance from Dubai mall. That's all that's good. First of all we booked a non smoking twin bed room, on arrival there weren't available rooms of that kind. After long time waiting they found the room, but it was disaster! The room was outdated and the worst part was unbearable sewer and mold smell, they could do nothing about. Will never ever stay in that hotel again!

Old hotel smelly carpets

The hotel feels old and in need of a renovation, the bathroom sink was broken and In general the room was worn out. Location is great staff is okay. Welcoming host doesn't seem to understand personal space when she comes to talk to you, but she asks loads of question which you will need to repeat to the reception anyway so it's useless in my opinion, she could. Simply point out chairs and refreshments and move away.

The hotel management not honest - hotel not clean

The hotel did not refund our deposit and insurance, when we emailed them they not answer clearly and fake something not true so the money will not be refunded. I tried many times but they don’t reply. Also the hotel has Indian smell in the lobby and all areas of the hotel.
