1. I stayed for 3 nights from 10th November onwards. My shower drain was not working, the water doesn't go in the drain and it was so difficult to take shower everyday. 2. Breakfast was very average, the same item everyday. Also, there were mostly Indian dishes. You should keep variety as not all your guests come from India. 3. The check-in process almost took 1 hour. It was horrible experience. The lady on the check-in counter took so long to allocate 3 rooms. I never experienced such a long check-in process. You definitely need to improve your service.

well located, only grouse would be last mile connectivity is full of traffic during peak hours. you loose about 10 minutes.
