My stay at Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai was very comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, quiet, and well prepared, and the overall facilities were well maintained. The location is also very convenient, especially for moving around Downtown Dubai. I would like to especially highlight Mr. Ashraf for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely professional, supportive, and attentive, and truly delivered excellent customer service, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
