Staff made all the difference

Very pleasant hotel, with an outstanding team for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We arrived very early, way before our room was ready, but we were personally escorted to the spa area so we could shower and change before heading out to explore. Staff would recognise us after only having met us once adding personal touches to every interaction.

Happy with the location

Love the location because its conveniently located across Dubai mall and not too far also from the airport. Staff are nice and helpful and I had a comfortable stay
