Have my companies in multiple countries and I have my own office everywhere but I stay for 2 or 3 months in every country and always prefer Accor groups or Marriott Group residence so that everyday cleaning happens. I was in Pullman Residence Deira from past 6 months and the services are outstanding here the house keeping services are very poor. Day 1 the house keeping mentioned according to hotel policy we dont do dishes and I have to get the tablet for dish washer, which I got. Next day none of the dishes were done when I spoke with the HK personal they mentioned we dont do dishes unless informed I said I had informed. Day 3 the person who came has washed the dishes but it stinks, I had to wash it again. Guest come to live in residence not that they dont have affordability to purchase own apartments but for traveller's like me we prefer hotel apartments as I need not have to clean up everyday and use that time for other productive work. Rest of the experience was awesome like Ms.Sarah from reception was very helpful even with less experience she carried herself like a pro. House Keeping has to improve a lot in Swissotel that's my point of view.

Me and my partner stayed for a night only.to break our redundant life. The nice lady from the desk gave us a stunning room only first class hotel has!place is huge and all the furnitures are modern and classy.for me, the view was pretty for me.especially during the night.and, it has a direct access to the Mall which is very conveniet.love to come back again!
