It is a good hotel with comfortable rooms and decent food. However, hotel management needs to improve staffing levels, as there are more guests than the current staff can adequately support. In addition, the Deluxe rooms should better meet the standard expected of Deluxe rooms within the Accor Group. The lack of sufficient staff relative to the number of guests is a serious concern and should be addressed urgently.

After our 7 hours flight, we were looking forward to relaxing at the hotel. We checked in very late at night due to our arrival time in Dubai and were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded. And what an upgrade it was! On this family trip, with five days in Dubai, followed by nine days in Kuala Lumpur and two nights in Dubai, we were on a budget, and we chose to finish our trip in Swissotel Al Ghurair. We were not disappointed... We had been in Swissotel Makkah twice before and once before in Al Ghurair and I can tell you the standards are really high. The family suite is so big and comfy, you feel at home but with extra perks. The bed was so comfy and big, I felt like sleeping at once... The bathroom was large and well equipped, with super soft towels and bath robes. The living room offers lots of space and you even have a guest washroom. Everything was well maintained and clean. The kids enjoyed their space in the connecting room and we appreciated that they had their own space to relax and chill. After being in a budget hotel during the first leg of our journey, it felt like we were in the paradise of hotels, jokes aside. We greatly enjoyed our two days stay there. Those are cherishing memories that we will not forget. I would like to express my thanks to the hotel staff and to the hotel manager who accommodated our request for an upgrade. It was beyond our expectations, thanks again!

I have been staying here from years. This time my experience was extremely disappointing. The house keeping and reception are least bothered about guests care. Need to call 6-7 time to get something done
