Average - The hotel appeared tired when compared to other 5* star hotels I've stayed regularly at in the last 12 yrs, and bedroom, particularly the bathroom requiring a refurb. Well located for my needs and attachment to the shopping mall was practical for me. No bar in the hotel which I was not aware of, a little disappointing for a 5* and not clear at booking stage. Very welcoming and efficient reception team, and the same in the pool area, very large and nice was this! Restaurant was ok, excellent service and salad range.

From the check in that raiza did for me, she was extremely kind and professional and saw to all our needs, down to the room being cleaned everyday and the accommodating service by Asad Ali every single thing that was possible to make our stay extra special was done. I am a very seasoned traveler and have stayed at this hotel many times before and I have to say this is one of the hotels where the only thing that has dropped in the last few years is the price. I hope to come back and stay with in this hotel many more times in the future and to all the staff at swissotel al ghurair please keep it up and thank you for such a memorable stay.
