My recent stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair Dubai was truly exceptional, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. From the moment we arrived, the Front Office team displayed outstanding professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and every interaction throughout our stay was handled with courtesy, efficiency, and a welcoming smile. The team went above and beyond to ensure that all our requests were attended to promptly, making us feel valued and cared for as guests. A special mention also goes to the Housekeeping team, whose dedication and attention to detail were evident every day. Our room was consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. It was refreshing to return to a spotless, well-organized room after a long day, and their efforts significantly enhanced our overall experience. The dining experience was equally impressive. The restaurant offered an excellent selection of delicious food, catering to a variety of tastes with consistently high quality. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and served with great attention to guest satisfaction. The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. I would also like to commend the coffee shop team. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. Not as advertised in travel portals. Broken shower head. Faulty coffee maker, stench in the room. Water accumulation in bath tub.

During my back to back visits, what I am puzzled is that despite having low occupancy, why the front office not pro-active? front staff should be more attentive (not this time), last occasion I had to stay in queu, and when the person behind was kept chatting I had to intervene and show my displeasure, today even after reaching hotel after 1pm I was asked to wait for 30 minutes to get my room (they did offer in15 minutes), yet, as someone traveling regularly I find this not up the hotel's star status.
