The stay was excellent , the facilities and quality of the services offered has always been outstanding - the liveliness of the hotel adds a mark to its vibrant feeling. The rooms are spacious and the view is always amazing - very comfortable and appealing My only remark is that the facility ( rooms ) need a bit of upgrading and refreshness Thank you

There not much to explain here, my experience was positive and good I will visit again. I have only one constructive suggestion and that is to improve the speed of service especially in roof 16, it takes a long time to get attention of host or hostess for table service. The same goes to executive breakfast … it takes a long time to get a simple tea, maybe they hostess are being overworked. And also order by poolside…
