Room service & housekeeping was good. Choice of meals, poor, Breakfast buffet was same every single day. Suhoor has only 3 choices. For someone staying 24 days, the food variety was not satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel Living and truly enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. A special thank you to Ms. Dini and Mr. Ray for their warm hospitality. They were both very friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel even more welcoming. Their kindness and attentive service really stood out. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

Good apartment, branz brand. However reception staff was not as welcoming as in other accor brand. Washing machine in my unit was having problem with the dryer though the team help to provide free laundry service. Also seems i didnt get welcome amenity according to my saved preference in my platinum status.
