It was our first stay at Swissôtel Kuningan. Overall, the place is clean and welcoming. Our only comment is that the kitchen in the two-bedroom apartment was non-functional as it didn’t provide us with enough dining amenities(there was only one plate, two glasses, NO cutleries available). This was highlighted to the receptionist on our first day there -

check-in on March 25 for a 3 nights stay. 7pax in the 3-BR appt room. it was a nice stay, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, polite+helpful staffs & very nice ambiance throughout the hotel. My only feedback is on the coffee, kindly consider having a proper barista instead of coffee machine, at least to cater during non-breakfast period (whether dine in or room service order).

the environment also very cozy and the service was very good and fast response. Overall everything was very convinient and best decision to stay here! The complete facility and the design makes us feels like home
