I requested best city view in my room during my booking weeks before the check in. The booking is moved to the opposite side (school view), because the guest in the room requested to extend his stay. So instead of asking him to move to another room the receptionist saw it is better to move my booking before my check in and simply say in the exact wards “what should I do the hotel is full”. I had to wait in another room after my check in for sometime until the house keeping supervisor thankfully prepared a room with requested view.

I recently had the chance to stay at Swissotel Living in Jeddah, and I can’t express enough how fantastic my experience was! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces that instantly made me feel welcome. The room was just perfect—spacious, cozy, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast each morning, with a variety of options that set the tone for the day ahead. A huge shoutout goes to Walid Almalki! His kindness and attentiveness transformed my stay into something really special. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making your experience the best it can be. Overall, my time at Swissotel Living was simply perfect. I left with wonderful memories and a heart full of gratitude. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Jeddah, I highly recommend this hotel—you won’t be disappointed!

Though this was not my first stay at the property but this time i had a problem at check where only one receptionist got stuck with a check in for kore than 10min trying and trying the payment by card, later this time they did mot provide any amenities and the next morning the hot water took more than dew minutes to reach the shower and to complete the experience they did not give me the late check out that I requested to upsell. So if I paid they would have kept the room for me 🤷🏼♂️
