Very good experience overall. I always choose this hotel because I love the location and the comfort. Its new modern design. The rooms are a bit small with quite a lot of furniture, and the walk to the end rooms can be long, but it’s not a major issue. The service has improved since last year the staff is more efficient and very polite.

The room was small. When I booked it, it said it would have a tarrace with furniture, instead it was just a small balcony (no furniture). We were 2 adults and 1 kid. When we arrived the sofa bed was not prepared, we asked for someone to come and help with that but they said that the staff who helps with that had already left and they brought us sheets so we ended up doing our own bed. The breakfast was good, not many choices but just enough. A la carte restaurant choices were very limited, and then the waiters will tell us every meal that even from the menu some items were missing that weekend so we had to get the same things like almost every meal. I was expecting a better food quality to be honest. Staff was trying to be polite but one can tell when they are not trained. I asked for the spa at the reception and the girl gave me wrong directions, I ended up in the parking instead. Then she apologised and redirect me again. In the restaurant you had to wait to get to get to order. We asked where could we do a reservation for dinner and one of the guys said : you have the information in your room, read it there. We were like: does it hurt you to tell us?? 🤔. The only thing great about the place was its location, just 2 min walk to the ski centre and thats great when you have kids. We enjoyed the snow very much, but I am not going back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Swissôtel Resort Kolasin and were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience. The ski-in/ski-out location was incredibly convenient, especially since we were traveling with children. It made going out to the slopes and returning to the room effortless, and the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, including the beautiful swimming pool, which our family really enjoyed. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding staff. Even though it was snowing heavily when we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and were waiting for us as we stepped out of the car. They kindly assisted us by parking our car while our children were still sleeping, which showed genuine care and professionalism. Everything was perfectly organized, family-friendly, and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.
