New and modern hotel beautifuly desiened. We enjoyed the pool , the souna , the breakfest , the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was amazing. Food was too good. Loved the Gnocci and Caprese salad with Olive oil sorbet. The swimming pool and spa was not working. They should mention it while booking. Also the TV had only Youtube. The hotel network didn't allow to watch Netflix. You cannot connect with your phone which is very basic and we found it in small apartments even. So you expect that in such big hotel. After the shower, the bathroom becomes wet as the shower door is not fully closed.

When we arrived, it turned out that the spa area in the hotel wasn’t working. We had specifically come from Budva to spend time together as a family in the spa. No one informed us in advance that the pool and saunas would be closed. Because of that, we had to spend our entire stay in the room. On top of that, the water was simply terrible. Dirty water was coming from the tap — not only undrinkable, but even unpleasant to bathe in. In this situation, it would have been nice if the hotel had provided more bottled water. When we asked for it, we were given only one extra liter for a family of four. Since there were no shops nearby — especially considering that it was Sunday and they were closed — and the nearest store was quite far away, this made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

We just had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Kolashin, booked 3 rooms for our family and friends. The hotel is premium level accommodation with well designed recreation facilities, well maintained and welcoming. Great breakfast and dinner, convenient rooms equipped with all what you need, great swimming pool and gym, friendly staff and nice atmosphere overall

Extremely clean and fancy. Beautiful vibes and stunning scenery. Unfortunate that the sauna and steam room were not working. Also unable to stream my phone on the TV (no Netflix). The inclusive dinner was very sparse, but the breakfasts were amazing. Overall would reccomend
