Good location, beautiful and calm place

Good in general, but there are areas for improvement: It will be good to have any outside playground for kids especially for hotel for families Shower cabin are not closed. As a result it is impossible to take shower and not flooded the whole bathroom It will be good to make more fresh and cool air in gym. It was very hot there

The organization is terrible.

New Year's Eve was terribly bad. There were days when the maids didn't even enter the room, but the worst thing is that the restaurant doesn't open until 6 pm and we don't have water for drinks, we call room service and wait 50 minutes for them to bring it. We come at 10 for breakfast and there is no free table, we wait until 10:20 for it to become free and after 10 minutes the buffet table is removed. The staff was friendly but we were hungry and thirsty. So we had one night when the room service didn't even work and we had to wait 3 hours for the dinner table, we were with the children and of course there was nervousness and that can't be called a vacation. I will not comment on the timing and dimensions of the pool. We changed the hotel afterwards unfortunately after 6 days, and we were supposed to stay 14.
