Great experience

Best of all was maybe staff, other than luxury everywhere most important is people and here they were great all of them, very kind and open to help with everything, reminds me of staff in Dubai but here they were even better maybe

well located but not a good stay

Beside the room infrastructure everything else was not tasty, food not good extremely expensive, spa and wellness too small and noisy.o

Very nice hotel

Hotel is beautiful, very nice designed, cozy, staff helpful. Breakfast excellent. We had room with two separate bedrooms , each one with bathroom. Comfortable good organized, perfect for family of four people. Everything would be for 10 if mattress haven’t been so hard and pillows very flat. We spoke with few guests also, and they had some opinion. Also dinner menu should be improved,

Great hotel marred by hard beds

The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and attentive but the beds were very hard - so much that none of us slept well they need a topper and the problem would be solved. Also the hotel impressed on us that the water was not potable but only provided complimentary water on the first night - it’s a 4 star hotel it needs to be every day
