Breakfasts were exactly the same every morning, which felt strange and does not match the level and class of this hotel. For guests staying more than a couple of nights, this becomes a noticeable downside. The room was excellent comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful. However, there was an issue with water service: bottled water was not provided to the room every day. On one occasion, I had to personally look for a housekeeper to get water, even though room cleaning was done daily. The location is wonderful beautiful nature, mountains, and a very peaceful atmosphere. The interior design of the hotel is superb stylish, modern, and creates a great ambiance. Overall, it is a good hotel with strong potential, but breakfast variety and consistency in room water service clearly need attention.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Swissotel with my family. From the warm welcome to the excellent service, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable and elegant, the facilities were outstanding, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. It was the perfect place to relax and create beautiful family memories. We highly recommend Swissotel and look forward to visiting again.

I'm unpleasantly surprised about dinner. at the reception they told me that I would be able to pay extra for the buffet dinner, which was not the case. we had to have dinner in an ala cart restaurant

New and modern hotel beautifuly desiened. We enjoyed the pool , the souna , the breakfest , the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this hotel
