Best stay in Makkah. Great location, very very near the Haram entrance (2-4 min walk). Receptionists were very helpful, kind and welcoming and everyone who work there (had an amazing experience with everyone there). Spacious rooms and very comfy beds with everything you need in it (from shower gel to shaving kit ...) and if you take a Haram or a Kaaba view you'll enjoy it even more. Elevators are very quick and there's almost no waiting time (plus you only use one elevator to get to the Haram, no need to change elevators). The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge variety of food, and the workers there are very polite. The cleaning team did a great Job (10th floor). Every detail was well taken care of. Definitely recommend it

Our experience at the Swissotel far exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived by car, the security team was amazing, allowing us to park briefly while we checked in. The front desk was efficient and well-staffed, providing us with the exact room we had booked, which had spectacular views. Although my Accor status has upgrade entitlements which we didn't get, I was perfectly happy as I loved the room anyway, especially since it had a direct view of the Kabbah. After check-in, I parked my car in the Clock Tower car park for 250 riyals per night, which was very convenient and worth the cost. The accessibility was excellent; I could walk directly from the car park to the hotel via a lift. A standout feature was the seamless check-out. We were able to check out directly from our room, and the hotel team carried our luggage all the way to the car. we were offered late check out in line with Accor status and due to availability. The breakfast was fantastic—fresh and with a huge variety of Arabic, American, and Subcontinent Asian options. The hotel's location is prime, just a five-minute walk to Makkah and directly above a shopping mall. A special thanks to Walid AlOmari (he is the Walid who did not have glasses), who checked us in. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensured we had a fantastic room, and offered my two sisters complimentary breakfast as a welcoming gesture. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
