Many thx to Ghala, she was very professionnal and nice. We were upgraded to a Kaaba view room which made our experience all the more incredible. Many many thanks to your fantastic staff. It's our third time in you hotel and it'll not be the last one Incha Allah. The Exectuvie lounge was great. The distance form hotel to Haram is less then 3 minutes walking.
