Seems to be getting overwhelmed with the sheer subscription during the last 10 days of Ramadan. For someone who has consistently been here for the last 10 days of Ramadan for more than a decade (bar Covid) I’m struggling to see innovations, extensive services and extra effort to keep people coming back and making our stays a lot more pleasant than previous years. It has become routine and very traditional and very crowded. Meal stays the same; Masjid is being used by everyone hence very competitive space especially around odd nights. Primarily, they ve done their bit very well; but the extra effort you get from other 5 star establishments is significantly missing and once you get used to their service; you will find yourself giving them all sorts of excuse of how their lift system couldn’t be more efficient or even how the rooms look like the date is 2015/01/01. Perhaps time to Upgrade!

The check-in process was seamless and transparent with our travel agent, Dar El-Salaam. Our stay was very comfortable with the housekeeper replenishing the refreshments and cleaning our rooms, Alhamdu Lillah. Concierge were very helpful with recommendations and directions, ma sha Allah.
