Check in was a breeze when booking with Accor. Staff in all aspects was friendly and polite. Large and luxury feel room. Kaaba view was stunning from our room (quad room kaaba view). Lift access was alright although if all six lift can go down to level 0 instead of just 4. Direct access to clock tower mall. Perfect location and comfort. Can improve on variety at restaurant instead of 3 lines of similar food.
