It was a very good experience being at Swiss Makkah and I will definitely recommand it with others. The food and service were very good, especially the ones doing the cleaning the room. They were so polite and helpful.

We are also very grateful for the early check-in and the room upgrade, which was a lovely and much-appreciated gesture after our journey. Amazing room view but check in took long and the breakfast was repetitive for the whole week.

The location is very strategic. It has 2 access to reach haram, from ajyad and from zamzam tower. This makes things a lot easier for me. Room also comfortable, not too small yet too big. the daily house keeping (Yasin) was also very nice, he came everyday to ensure our needs were met. For breakfast also good, restaurant was very big, there was kids station for breakfast, foods were good. overall I like to stay there.
