This was probably the 4th or 5th time we stayed at the Swissotel Makkah. The location is excellent, the rooms and bathrooms are of high quality and well maintained, the staff is courteous. Overall I have always been pleased with my stay at this hotel.

This hotel staff sets the bar for hospitality in the region I frequently stay here and a majority of the time the staff goes out of their way to make sure that their guests are happy with the services

Breakfast time was very poor, with hardly any good options for kids to eat. There were no hash browns and beans and the egg station takes forever with the long long queues. Even the sausages were not nice, however, the table staff were very nice and would bring your tea/coffee orders straight away.

I loved how everything was in one place. The in room Haram speakers were a big bonus for me. Staff were kind and courteous.
