I will not book again. You refused to change the date just because I booked through Booking, even though there was availability.

Good restaurants, big hotel with fair amount of wait time for elevators. Our room had issues with fridge that was not working and shower only had hot water. Both were fixed after we called but it added some frustration in our stay. The AC is hard to control and could have better descriptions on direction perhaps maybe better labels. Thank you.
