So convenient especially after flying into KIX. Many stores and restaurants near by including Dotonbori! Excellent room.

The location is perfect—very accessible to the train and close to food and shopping districts. However, the hotel amenities were not what I expected from a 5-star property. There was no special welcome for executive guests, and the amenities differed between rooms (for example, only one had a water filter). The provided items were very basic—no shaving kit or comb. The restaurant food was repetitive and not very special. There was even a hygiene issue. We were even served an omelette with hair in it, and after informing the staff, we had to follow up before getting a replacement. On the next days, hot chocolate wasn’t available, and service was inconsistent. Some staff seemed inattentive, though others were polite and accommodating. On a positive note, the room was comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping it clean. However, The lounge wear was not replenish on our last night. The Executive Lounge food and ambiance were underwhelming. The Filipino staff, in particular, were exceptionally friendly and provided true 5-star service—warm, attentive, and professional. Overall, for a 5-star hotel, service consistency and staff training could still be improved.

Bravo to Shirly, Marco of FO and Taneka San, an European lady with glasses and short hair in Concierge. They are the shining star. Sorry that I caused trouble to your team by mid placing my ear pods. Yet your prompt and great follow through make my day brighter than before. The warm welcome cake from management is also touching. My previous 5 years + visits really worth.
