The rooms and the service were great from the parking to the breakfast. We enjoyed visiting the spa. The location is great. The Christmas decorations go the hotel were awesome.

We were first time in this hotel and was a very nice surprise. Very comfortable room, very good restaurant, a friendly and helpful staff. So, a perfect choice for spending some time with family!

Pros: Great rooms, sufficient choices of breakfast spread, great food quality, pleasantly clean premises and a nice touch with the kids' room Cons: 1. Questionable accommodation policy of the hotel / brand regarding the extra cost for the extendable sofa in the apartment - we were 3 adults and one baby, so I slept with the baby in one of the bedrooms and my husband used the other bedroom not to disturb the baby's sleep and the third adult(our nanny) used the sofa in the living room. Upon making the reservation, we mentioned our total number of people(3 adults + 1 baby) and we also explicitly asked whether the sofa is extendable, to which the answer was yes, however, upon checking in we found out that there was an extra cost for extending the sofa. In regards to the extra cost, during the check in, I was told that the fee was "25" - not mentioning EUR or RON as well as 1-time or daily fee. Please consider that the conversation was in Romanian. Upon mentioning that there was no prior information for this policy, the front desk agent also said that there is no extra charge "for more than 5 people" - not exactly sure what this means. Upon checking out, I found out that the total cost for the sofa to be extended was 25 EUR per night x 4. 2. We faced a recurring issue with the heating in the bedrooms, which we addressed multiple times throughout our stay with no resolution until checking out. We still do not understand whether the property adjusts the temperature centrally for all wings or it can also be adjusted in each apartment, meaning that ours was faulty, as we reported this issue to multiple hotel employees, however, none came back with clear information and resolution. The temperature in the rooms was well over 25.5 degrees Celsius during the night, which impacted our baby's sleep. The only practical "solution" we were given was to open the bedroom window so the temperature can drop(outside temperatures were well below 0 in the night). 3. Gym area not up to 5* 4. During the massage treatment, disturbing outside noises(pool, toilet, shower etc) could be heard, spoiling the experience
