Quick stopover from the airport to the Galapagos.

Only reason for a 9 instead of a 10 was there were several issues that were annoying.one was the safe did not work in a room. Another was we had to constantly get our room key reprogrammed even though we had had it reprogrammed on the same day. Also our toilet on the 10 th floor did not work. However, once we told management when we returned it had been promptly fixed. The food for breakfast was outstanding. The food at the bar was very very good quality, but most of the times we went to the bar and ordered food there were not enough waiters to help, so service was way too slow to even get a quick drink. Again, because of outstanding personnel I would consider returning to this hotel.
