Long queues at check in, no priority desk. Prostitues soliciting in the lobby and outside the hotel. Wasted guests falling down staris vomiting and shouting.

simple breakfast , need to ask always for one banana, few fruit available. croissant not fragrant. hight price. Last time I found BLATTA in my room and by mail you said me to have upgrade room for this time, but may be something run not in the right direction because I staied in standard room. this is not a problem for for sure, just to say if you said something I supppose has to be respected. nothing more
