Didn't receive the welcome amenities normally given to Accor members and uppon check in had to stand and check in with everyone else so did not feel any different being an Accor member. Apart from that, there was no complimentary car park coupon as understand the carpark belongs to the mall. As I frequently do staycations in this hotel, I think having to pay sgd60 for carpark the whole day is abit ridiculous. Pls rebook into complimentary car park coupons for accor members at least. I dont have a problem on this with other accor hotels in sin like pullman orchard or novotel stevens. On the other hand, I requested for assistance from the duty manager Mr. Andi during my stay and he has helped me on my request. Thus, I'm grateful for that kind assistance. Meantime, I hope something can be done for accor members for the complimentary car park I'm actually considering other hotels which can offer complimentary car park coupons for future staycations.

I am not satisfied with the experience. I was assigned a handicapped room, and the bathroom condition was unacceptable, with water splashing everywhere. I also ordered room service and the noodle soup was all cold when it arrived. Considering the premium price charged, the hotel facilities were also noticeably outdated.
