From the first smiling face that greeted me at the front desk, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful and just added to the quality of the stay. The room was clean and well laid out, the executive lounge was nice, food good, common areas clean albeit at times a bit congested. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A two night stay in a very comfortable hotel situated centrally in the CBD district and within easy each of all modes of transport. The only small issue was a lift was out of order again causing some frustration, especially at peak times

A few points of improvement - was not told at check in that I was being put in a handicap accessibility room which is not my preference but I didn’t switch as I was in a rush - shower amenities were not pleasantly scented and can be improved to be a universal fragrance line instead of shampoo, conditioner and body wash all smelling different - gym facilities were ok but one treadmill isn’t enough when it’s the usually the most popular one in peak hours; also the half mats are not useful - full length yoga mats would be a good investment as well as giving an area in the space for freestyle use Obviously location is good. Just a few tweaks and the scores can indeed go up.
