Really nice hotel. Room was huge and bed was so nice. We had a great and relaxing sleep. Hotel 30th floor bar with nice view and food!

The hotel was very clean, neat and overall amazing. The breakfast in particular was one of the best I have ever had. The servant who welcomed us every day to breakfast and showed us to the table was very kind and friendly. He made us feel appreciated. The service in the breakfast was also very fast and professional. However, the service in the front desk felt a bit cold at times and the hotel room temperature switch wasn't always working as expected. Pretty hard mattresses also, but they offer to change it for a softer one if you ask, which is nice. Overall very pleased 9/10. A bit more friendliness to the service and it would be 10/10.

Everything was excellent, except the pillows were all too soft. There should be one "hard" pillow and one "soft" pillow for each bed, then the people can choose the preference. Or at least one "hard" pillow somewhere in the room as extra.

Everything else was very good, but cleaning could have been better. Bath tub was left with dirt on the bottom and stains on the sides.
