Well located

The hotel is well located and wonderful panoramic view to el kaaba, but unfortunately I am disappointed this time because we changed the room for 3 times ,first time the room wasn't clean ,we found left overs food in the room floor under bed , room no 4624, then it was some maintenance at sturday morning in floor 46 which make it noisy and I cannot sleep all the day and at night reception asked us to change our room within 30 min due to the maintenance in the floor, so at Saturday night we wait for 2 hours and keep waking up waiting for reception to send the keys for the replacement room. We call reception and make many complaints without any serious action from hotel. Finally the reception send pullman to take our packages to room 4520 which also not clean and there is medicine under bed (videoshared with hotel manager), and reception informed us that they will apply special discount 10% from total our stay will be taken when we make check-out, but unfortunately the reception informed us that the discount just from the remaining days not total stay, so we are really disappointed from their performance.

excellent stay

A beautiful room, excellent amenities, food, only thing was the directions could have been better to get around the hotel and especially the mall and the pick up and drop off areas.
