I have had some observations would need review from hotel. 1- check in at hotel take long time, some people come to check prices and reserve. You can make separate line for whom has no reservation before. 2- at check in, they ask for visa, i wonder for this request due to the following: 2.1- it is a concern of airport passport control and flight company not hotel reception, never seen this before even in Europe and usa. 2.2- although the hotel belong to same accor, however this was not requested in anwar madinah movenpick two days before when i was there, system should be same in all group within same county. 2.3-booking system can ask online about any paper requirements to save traveller time upon arrival. 2.4- at breakfast entry, one day, she asked for guest name only while second day asked for room key to enter the restaurant , Training all employees for one system.
