I recently stayed at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the Holy Haram. The view of the Kaaba is breathtaking, and the entire atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. What really made my stay memorable was the staff. I want to give special thanks to Mr. Abdullah Al-Harbi, the Manager on Duty, and Mr. Ali Alsafrani, the Shift Manager. Both of them showed genuine care and professionalism. Mr. Al-Harbi was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Mr. Alsafrani was equally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication and respect toward guests reflect the best of what hospitality should be. Thanks to them, my experience at Swissotel Al Maqam felt personal and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah or Hajj. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

We had a wonderful time staying at Swissôtel Al Maqam during our recent visit. The hotel is in close proximity to haram with many different routes to get there. There is also a mosque inside the hotel. Great buffet was on offer everyday throughout our stay.
